As per packet instructions … no need to knead, just mix, rise and bake.
Zhuzh it up:
Add half tsp cardamom seeds and half tsp cumin seeds to the mix, then continue to follow the basic recipe
- Once in the baking tin, sprinkle seeds on top and pat gentle so they stick to the dough. Rise and bake as normal – sesame, poppy, chia, and sunflower seeds all work well here
- Replace 2 tbsp water with 2 tbsp grated cheese. Mix as normal, rise and bake. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top too for added flavour and crunch
