As per packet instructions … no need to knead, just mix, rise and bake.

Zhuzh it up:

  1. Add half tsp cardamom seeds and half tsp cumin seeds to the mix, then continue to follow the basic recipe

  2. Once in the baking tin, sprinkle seeds on top and pat gentle so they stick to the dough. Rise and bake as normal – sesame, poppy, chia, and sunflower seeds all work well here
  3. Replace 2 tbsp water with 2 tbsp grated cheese. Mix as normal, rise and bake. You can sprinkle grated cheese on top too for added flavour and crunch
