Mannavida Gluten Free Oat Flour. Our gluten free oat flour is grown, milled and packaged in dedicated gluten free fields and facilities. The resulting nutritious flour adds a great flavour and texture to all baked goods. In most recipes, oat flour should be less than 30 percent of a flour blend. This product has been milled and packaged in a nut, dairy, gluten and sesame free environment. All flours grown from NON GMO crops. Choc Chip Cookies Ingredients � 2 tsp vanilla extract � 1 large egg � 4 tbsp dark brown sugar, lightly � 110ml coconut oil � 210 oat flour � 1 tsp baking powder � 1 tsp cinnamon � Pinch of salt � 50g dark chocolate chips � Optional: coarse sea salt Instructions 1. Combine the vanilla extract, large egg, and brown sugar in a bowl. Melt the coconut oil and let it cool slightly before adding to the bowl. Beat everything together until just combined. 2. Stir in the oat flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. 3. Stir until just combined and then fold in the dark chocolate chips. 4. Chill the dough for at least one hour. 5. Preheat the oven to 180�C. 6. Make tightly packed balls of the dough and place on a lined baking tray. 7. . Press a few more chocolate chips in the tops if desired. 8. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until lightly browned around the edges. 9. Remove and leave on the baking sheet for another 2 minutes before removing to a wire cooling rack.
