Mannavida Gluten Free White Rice Flour. White Rice Flour is freshly and finely ground from premium white rice. Use for gluten free breads. It is also used to make Oriental gluten-free noodles and some pancakes, such as South Indian appams. It can be used to thicken soups and stews, as well as providing an alternative to wheat flour in cakes and biscuits. This product has been milled and packaged in a nut, dairy, gluten and sesame free environment. All flours grown from NON GMO crops. Rice Flour Dosa � 140g rice flour � 3 tbsp semolina � 450ml water � 1 medium onion � 2 green chilli � 0.5 tsp cumin seeds � 1 tbsp chopped coriander leaves � 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves � salt � oil 1. Finely chop onion, green chilli, coriander and curry leaves. Keep aside. 2. In a wide bowl mix rice flour and salt. Add a small amount of water to make a loose dropping consistency batter. 3. Add onion, chilli, coriander and curry leaves, cumin seeds and mix well. 4. Heat a pan and drop one ladle or small bowl of batter from outside to inside in circular motion and another ladle inside to make circle or to fill the gaps. Don't worry if the circle's not perfect. Drizzle oil round the edge of the dosa until the sides becomes light brown. Flip and cook for a minute until it looks cooked and crispy. 5. Repeat with the remaining batter. Serve hot or warm with chutney.
